FORT WORTH, Texas (May 23, 2007) – Drinking milk remains the ultimate indulgence at the
conclusion of Sunday’s Indianapolis 500, but Texas Motor Speedway is providing the historic trio of women competing in the 91st running of the historic event with another spoil to chase as well.

In celebration of the historic first of three women competing in the Indianapolis 500, the top finisher among Danica Patrick, Sarah Fisher and rookie Milka Duno in Sunday’s race will earn the “Spa Ultimate Day” package at The Speedway Club’s Health Club & Spa.

One of the three will enjoy a 50-minute massage, pedicure, manicure and a one-hour facial indulgence. Depending on the winner, the “Spa Ultimate Day” will be renamed the “Danica Delight,” “Soothing Sarah” or “Milka Magnífica” for the upcoming Bombardier Learjet 550k race weekend.

The winner will be able to utilize the package when she arrives for the Bombardier Learjet 550k race week set for June 7-9 at Texas Motor Speedway.

That weekend also will be historic for Texas Motor Speedway as it will mark the first time that three women will compete in an IndyCar Series event at “The Great American Speedway!”

“This is quite a historic achievement for them and the sport,” Texas Motor Speedway President Eddie Gossage said. “This isn’t like some of the female novelties we’ve seen in other sports like Annika Sorenstam trying to make the cut on the PGA Tour or Tampa Bay Lightning goalie Manon Rheaume playing in a couple of NHL pre-season games in the early ‘90s. These women are the real deal. They don’t receive sponsor exemptions to compete and they compete in the regular season. They are competing with men on a level playing field every time out.”
