Texas Pro Sedans
All points leader Sergio Hexsel had to do to clinch the Pro Sedan title was take the green flag, but starting from the pole, Hexsel quickly jumped into the lead at the start of the 30 lap event finale. Hexsel was pressured early by Jack Dishman on lap 6. Dishman got stuck on the high groove letting Bill Lebarge and Donnie Moore get under him for second and third. On lap 9 the yellow would wave when Lebarge and Moore got tegether while trying to fight three wide by a lap car.

On the restart the top three of Hexsel, J. Dishman and Tom Johnson had gotten away from the field. At halfway the top five were Hexsel, J. Dishman, Johnson, Mike Knott and Lalo Leal but Moore would spin with a flat. Back under green the top five remained the same as the crossed flags were shown again. Knott would get around Johnson on lap 18 to take over the third spot, as the lead group ran up on traffic.

This closed the top four up, with them running nose to tail through slower cars. During that time, Johnson would get back by Knott for third. But Knott would fight back and as Hexsel and J. Dishman slugged it out for the lead, Knott would sneak in and briefly take the top spot on lap 26 until he and J. Dishman got tangled with a lap car. Under caution Hexsel would pull to the infield. Lloyd Hart would inherit the point as the race resumed and be able to hold off Ariel Arredondo for the win, the first for the rookie driver.
