Dinsmore grabs two in a row, Abraham Mares takes first ever
Pleasanton, Tx.,(May 9th, 2008) Friday night kicked off with another night of racing on the 1/4 mile semi-banked, clay oval just south of San Antonio. The night was sponsored by Manning Safety Services, who stepped up to add $750 to the Super Stock and IMCA Modified feature purses.

Pleasanton, TX (May 2, 2008) - Action resumed at Pleasanton's I-37 Raceway after taking a scheduled week off. Several new drivers made their inaugural visit to the semi-banked 1/4 dirt track, south of San Antonio.

Pleasanton, TX (April 18, 2008) - With the B&W Motorsports team of Steve Whiteaker jr. and Dustin Butcher off in east Texas chasing the USMTS Southern Series points, the IMCA Modified field was wide open for a new winner, as well as the IMCA Southern Sportmod class looking at the possibility of a new face in Victory Lane.

I-37 Raceway season opener 3/14/08
Pleasanton, Tx., (March 14th, 2008) I-37 Raceway, formerly I-37 Speedway reopened under new ownership and management, as well as a new name. Joe and Jackie Gonzalez purschased the 1/4 mile semi-banked clay track just south of Pleasanton earlier this year and named Jim Knudtson as track director. The new team called in the services of South Texas Speedway's Owen Pittman to act as race director.

I-37 Raceway Ready to Go Just over Two Months from Purchase
Pleasanton, TX (March 14, 2008) – A bare two months and five days after purchasing what was I-37 Speedway, new owners Joe and Jackie Gonzales and Track Director Jim Knudtson will open the re-named I-37 Raceway on Friday night, March 14, 2008 with a full slate of six classes of racing on the quarter-mile dirt oval just south of Pleasanton on I-37.
